We would like to inform all our valued customers that effective 1/7/2006 ,
Khorfakkan / Sharjah port authority has introduced a new regulations
regarding the oil booms & anchoring dues :

A) Oil Booms:

According to the informations/clarifications given by the Harbour Master in
Sharjah and Khorfakkan, oil booms should be compulsory onboard the bunkering
barges in order to be used if necessary in case of any oil pollution. Fyi,
all our bunker barges are equipped with oil booms.

B) New anchorage dues:

Regarding new anchorage dues for the vessels anchoring at
Khorfakkan/Sharjah, this charge is to be borne by the buyer. Incase the
owners/buyers are willing to pay this anchorage dues then, we can supply
the vessels at Khorfakkan anchorage as usual & we will act as an agent only
for bunkering (repeat we act as an agent only for bunkering) . As you all
know , we have also license to supply bunkers at Fujairah. Incase
owners/buyers doesn't want to pay this new anchorage dues related to
Khorfakkan / Sharjah anchorage ,we can supply at Fujairah anchorage instead
of Khorfakkan and in Dubai instead of Sharjah .
