Dear Customer,
Effective January 1,2009, the Federal Oil Spill Tax will increase from $.05 per barrel to $.08 per barrel for all MGO and IFO bunker deliveries in the United States.
The rate increase of $.03 per barrel was part of the Emergency Economic Stabilization Act (2208).
